Shipping & Delivery

All products will be shipped via express, we are shipping worldwide by international express. Normally you will receive your items in 8 to 15 business days after it was shipped.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Order Processing

The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it.

Order processing time: we normally complete your order processing within 1-3 days if you place your order on a weekday. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, your order may be delayed processing. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.

The shipment time varies with the shipment distance. And the efficiency of local carriers also affects the delivery time. The exact shipping time depends on the standards of the carrier and the shipping method you choose. Usually, the time and cost of shipping to different areas are as follows.

Shipping Notice:

1. The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors.

2. During the major holidays, the number of airport freight will increase and transportation will be delayed.

3. If your shipping address is located in a rural community, you may have to pick up your package from your regional post office. For rural or remote regions, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. We appreciate your patience!

4. When placing an order, please review your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any issues or delays getting your order.

5. Due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes, the shipping time can take longer than expected date.

6. If you found that:
a. Your package has not been delivered within the specified time.
b. The tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you have not received it.
c. Your package includes missing/incorrect items.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item is shipped out, you will receive an email with the express company, tracking number and estimated arrival date. You can track the parcel in the express company's website.

About Tax

For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada,etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
